#2 Think Your Way to Health

I was sitting here this morning at my desk, sipping on some herbal ice tea and pondering over the events of last evening. You see last evening was my second night of classes teaching self-defense and kickboxing at Wells College in Aurora, NY – a small quaint Upstate, New York community that resides along the eastern shores of Cayuga Lake.

Here it is the beginning of the fall semester of college and a time of increased stress and activity for the students, teachers and staff. I was thinking that it was a time of transition from summer to fall (yang to yin) and this was likely occurring across the United States. This time of year can result in a tremendous amount of stress and ill health for college students, professors, primary and secondary school students, teachers and parents too!

IT IS A TIME TO REALIZE THAT… You THINK what you ARE! You DECIDE what you WANT! You CREATE your ACTIONS! You RECEIVE your RESULTS!

This is what I call the “Think Your Way to Health” strategy. It is the embodiment of “P3 Mind Power.” P3 Mind Power is the understanding, control and use of three concepts: your Paradigm, your Program and your Praxis (“P3”).

You see, your Paradigm is the database of the many ingrained habits that you have learned and stored during your life. Your Program is how you apply your Paradigm based on the events and stimuli that occur during your daily life and what results is your behavior or Praxis.

It goes like this: some event or stimulus occurs, your program asks what do I do?, how should I react?, it looks into your paradigm and retrieves the ingrained responsive habits and then applies them, and the way that you react or behave, your Praxis, occurs.

In terms of “Thinking Your Way to Health” you need to, you have to realize that you have self-healing power and that you can take control – It’s Your Health! What you think is what you get and you can create and control what you attract.

You have the POWER! The power is your subconscious mind and it is the key to your health, wealth and success. Remember that your “mind” is in every cell of your body and that you are a being that lives in three simultaneous planes of existence – the physical, the intellectual and the spiritual.

YOU CAN CREATE HEALTHY and VIBRANT ENERGY HABITS.

There are three aspects to consider to accomplish this. The first is PHYSICAL – use your body movement and breathing; to exercise and BE IT! The second is INTELLECTUAL – use your conscious mind, visualization, to create the picture of what you want and SEE IT! The third is SPIRITUAL – use your subconscious mind, repetition through affirmation, to impress the image onto your subconscious mind and FEEL IT!

This is your “Blue Print” to health!

Using the powers of your conscious and subconscious mind linked with body movement, breathing, visualization and affirmation you can create Balance, Abundance and Flow in your energy and your health.
